Welcome to Fitness and Nutrition!

This is an entry level class that covers general concepts in the studies of macronutrients and basic fitness. We will be discussing what macronutrients are and why they're important, how to track them, and how to incorporate nutrition and fitness into your day-to-day life to live a healthy and balanced diet! Each module will focus on a different aspect of nutritional and/or physical activity studies.  By the end of this course, students will have the general framework to move on onto higher level nutrition and physical science courses.
