This course is designed to explore broad context of social justice issues in order to assist you in discovering the change agent skills within you. In order to do this, it will be essential for you to understand different social movements that have occurred in society as they relate (or related) to social injustices due to race, gender, ability, and class. Students will fulfill this course in a fully online context. Students will be required to read texts relating to social justice movements, issues, and then apply their knowledge through class discussions. Although this is an online course, students will be responsible to communicate with their classmates throughout the course.
