Creative Writing
In this course, we will explore the genres of drama, fiction, nonfiction, autobiography, speech, short stories, and poetry. We will both read and write examples in each genre. We will work on skills such as vocabulary usage, word choice, description (show versus tell), and literary interpretation. We will also work on the editing and revision process in this course. This course will help students to explore their creative expression.
