4th Grade Physical Fitness

In this course, 4th Grade students will be exploring the many different aspects of physical fitness through a number of different activities, games, and stations. In doing so, students will be learning about how various muscles of the body work during specific exercises and the importance of why we exercise for life long health. Types of exercise that will be covered include:

-Cardiovascular Endurance

-Muscular Strength and Endurance

-Flexibility

-Speed

-Agility
