Flipped Classroom
This course will introduce dental history, NYS dental practice regulations, the role of the dental assistant and dental team members, anatomy, instrumentation, dental materials, sterilization, and universal safety precautions. A Flipped Classroom is a teaching and learning method to combine a physical classroom and an online classroom (e-learning). A course schedule with physical classroom meeting dates is provided. This course will be followed by a practical handson experience through a coordinated internship appointment. Please contact your administrator to plan your internship arrangement
