E-Learning and Online Education across the Globe
You will learn about and research the development, advancement and access of online education or e-learning opportunities across three countries. Part of the enjoyment of this course is allowing you to choose the countries to research. One country must be the United States of America. The other two countries you may choose. You may choose a country that you have visited, a country that you may wish to visit, or a country you may never want to visit.
You will learn about and research the advancement or lack of advancement in e-learning and determine what factors influence the online learning opportunities. These factors may include economics, government, environment and others that you choose. Finally, you will develop a position on what factors may or may not be changed in order to advance e-learning in the three countries you choose. You will make an argument about which factor is the most important and can realistically improve online education if changed.
